Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Stephanie Boyd built Strategic Alliance Consulting on the foundation of a career spent solving the problems most organizations cannot see clearly from the inside. Her work spans the full arc of public sector and community-facing operations, from designing governance structures for federal programs to building the frontline administrative systems that keep organizations functioning under pressure.

What distinguishes her practice is range. She operates with equal fluency at the executive table and in the operational weeds, connecting strategic intent to day-to-day execution in ways that translate across sectors, organization sizes, and program types. Her methodology is grounded in data, her orientation is toward sustainability, and her standard is that the work she leaves behind should function long after she has stepped out of the room.

She holds a Master of Science in Management with a Project Management specialization from the University of Maryland. These are not credentials for their own sake. They represent a disciplined, evidence-based approach to every engagement, regardless of scope or sector.
